Walk
If you're 13 or older, you can walk your way to a successful job! Walk with golfers, carry their clubs and help them enjoy the game. Your job title: Caddie.
And... if you meet a few special guidelines... you may
qualify for a scholarship that will pay for your college education.
Earn
As a caddie, you can earn good money and make new friends while walking side by side with leaders in your
community. And if you caddie for two or more summers... you may quality for a Chick Evans Caddie
Scholarship sponsored by the Western Golf Association. If that sounds like a great summber job, find out
more about being a caddie by contacting your school counselor or the Western Golf Association.
Learn
A golf caddie learns new skills, takes on more responsibilities, meets new people, all while earning money
in a unique summer job. And, if you plan to continue learning by attending college, caddying can open the
door to a full tuition and housing scholarship to a major university. If you want to walk, earn and learn
by joining the ranks of golf caddies, now is the time to talk to your school counselor or a representative
of the Western Golf Association.
